Terms of Service

Last updated 18 August 2026

These terms govern your use of Sport Junkies, operated by Desco Global (“we”, “us”). By creating an account you agree to them. Questions go to jonathan@desco.global.

The service

Sport Junkies is a free-to-play prediction game for Premier League, English cup and Champions League fixtures, played in private leagues with friends and family. It is not a betting or gambling service: no money changes hands anywhere in the app, including in the Charity Cup, which records a nominated cause per entrant but never processes a payment.

Accounts

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for keeping your sign-in secure. Child profiles must be created and managed by an adult, and a child profile cannot own or administer a league. One person, one account.

Your content

You keep ownership of the chat messages, profile details and photos you post. By posting them you give us the licence needed to store and display them to the other members of your leagues, for as long as your account exists. Don’t post anything illegal, abusive, or that you don’t have the right to share. Any player can report another member’s photo or comment; our moderators may hide or remove reported content, and may suspend accounts that misuse the service.

Match data

Fixtures, kickoff times and results come from a third-party football data provider. We do our best to keep this accurate and current, but postponements, corrections and provider errors do happen, and we are not liable for scoring outcomes that trace back to a provider error or a late correction.

Availability

We aim to keep Sport Junkies running smoothly but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, and may change or discontinue features at any time.

Liability

Sport Junkies is provided as-is, for entertainment among friends and family. To the extent permitted by law, Desco Global is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the app.

Ending your account

You can delete your account at any time from the Profile tab, under Settings. We may suspend or terminate an account that breaches these terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of South Africa.

Changes

We may update these terms as the app changes. Meaningful changes will be reflected here with a new “last updated” date.
